Luke Presneill was born in Torbay, Devon. His early adult life was spent studying and working within psychology and education, disciplines that continue to influence the moral and philosophical questions explored in his fiction.Outside his professional life, he has long pursued interests in tabletop games, climbing, and subjects that capture his curiosity, an instinct for exploration that informs the worlds he creates.His debut novel, Purity, is the first book in a planned trilogy, a gothic mystery examining faith, power, and the cost of belief.
